Description:
The purpose of this consultation is a project management mission for the restoration of the St-Joseph Church in Colmar. Although not classified, this building from the end of the 19th century is a major element of the visual identity of the city and the district bordering it. The church is always consecratedand used by two religious communities for offices and ceremonies. It is an ERP type V and L - 3rd category - 698 people. MOE's mission must imperatively take into account the compliance of the establishment with regulations and prescriptions linked to accessibility andFire safety. The provisional envelope defined by the client for this work is: 3,800,000 euros HT or 4,560,000 euros (s) TTC will usefully refer to the CCTP for the details of the operation. The services are not allocated. It is not possible to distinguishSeveral lots. It will give rise to an ordinary project for project management.
