- The consultation is allotted in two (2) lots. Each batch takes the form of a flat and sliced market (a firm tranche for the global project management mission + an optional tranche for the OPC mission). The markets will begin to run as an indication from June 2025. TheseTwo MOE missions will aim to design and carry out all the technical measures necessary for demolition, to define and implement residentialization work in a dense urban environment forced in particular by:
- Buildings kept and rehabilitated inOccupied site (presence of tenants)
- work carried out by communities (city, civis) within the framework of the urban project conditioned by the liberation of land grip of demolished buildings, subject of this market
