It is a market for intellectual services for the project management renovation of the municipal police and the creation of offices for the maintenance and logistics service. The buildings concerned by the project are in the grip of the Massy municipal technical center. The centerMunicipal technique is located near the town hall of Massy, on the edge of the Atlantis district and the SNCF line. It consists of 4 buildings: municipal police / maintenance and logistics service, municipal garage, municipal workshops, urban cleanliness / road service. The city of Massywishes to rearrange the interior of the building containing the municipal police and the offices of the maintenance and logistics service, so that it becomes a building exclusively operated by the municipal police. She also wishes to set up new offices for the maintenance and logistics servicein a part of the current municipal garage. These buildings are all classified Labor Code
