Description:
Brestport is the dealer of the Port of Brest, welcoming in particular trade and naval repair activities, as part of a concession contract concluded with the Brittany region.
Today, Brestport has a building for its registered office located 1 avenue de Kiel in Brest. ThereIncrease in staff staff and the reception of external service providers in the headquarters, note that the building no longer meets the needs. It is also unsuitable in terms of accessibility, comfort for users, radiation / image and thermal comfort. The objectiveis to rehabilitate and enlarge the building in order to redistribute the workspaces and support to ensure working conditions in line with current prescriptions and the well-being of users. The project is with an energy renovation and a reflection on thedevelopment of the building. The renovation and extension operation of the head office of Brestport has a budget of 4,800,000 euros excl. Tax (value April 2025).The award of a master's work contract for the design and monitoring of the realization of the operation.
