This consultation is launched according to the procedure with negotiation, in application of article R2124-3 3 of the public procurement code. The mission entrusted to the project manager includes: Basic APS mission: before summary project; APD: before final project; Pro: Project; AMT: assistance Works markets; Note 1 DET: Directorate of the execution of the works contracts; Limited visa: Visa of execution studies carried out by companies; AOR: Assistance to reception operations. Note 1: the AMT mission includes the realization of DPGF with non -contractual quantities for The set of lots. Additional missions Dia: diagnostic studies; OPC: ordering, management and coordination Note 2 STD: Dynamic EXE Partial thermal simulation: Partial execution studies; Note 3 Note 2: It is understood that the architect cannot be OPC.
