Description:
This consultation is launched according to the procedure with negotiation, in application of article R2124-3 3 of the public procurement code. Following the handing over an architectural intention, candidates who gave services in accordance with the consultation regulations and the programwill receive a premium which will not be able to exceed 3,000 euros (s) excl. The part of the provisional financial envelope allocated to the work is estimated at 4,180,000.00 Euro (s) excl. In the presentation of the offers, a compulsory joint visit will be organized on the Berthelot college site atMans (see detail in the consultation regulations). The mission entrusted to the project manager includes: * Basic mission: APS: before summary project; APD: before final project; Pro: Project; ACT: Assistance contract contracts; DET: Directorate of the execution of the works contracts;Limited visa: execution studies visa; AOR: Assistance to reception operations. * Additional missions: DIA: diagnostic studies; STD: Dynamic thermal simulation SED: Dynamic Energy Simulation OPC: ordering, management and coordination; Partial exe: Execution Studiespartial acoustic mission
