The purpose of the market is the project management mission relating to the modernization of the sanitation of the RN13 at the Pacy-sur-Eure level in the department of Eure (27) The study phase includes: * AVP pre-project studies; * Pro project studies; * Master assistancework for the award of ACT works contracts including the constitution of the business consultation file. The works phase includes: * Examination of compliance with the project and visa of execution studies carried out by the Visa entrepreneur; * Directorate of contract executionof work det; * scheduling, piloting and coordinating OPC work; * Project management assistance during reception operations and during the AOR perfect completion guarantee; * Complementary mission 1 including assistance to additional MC1 studies; * thereComplementary mission 2 including the drafting of the MC2 water law law file; * The complementary mission 3 including the drafting of the request file to derogate from the prohibition of destruction of the Protected Species (s) MC3; * Complementary mission 4 including reinforced monitoring in phasework of environmental commitments of the company MC4; The market will include a firm tranche and two optional slices.
