• The Agglomeration of the Compiègne Region has planned in its Multi-annual Investment Program an operation to requalify and extend the Tigre, as well as the rehabilitation of Building 85, located in the immediate vicinity of the concert hall of the Tiger ; it represents an additional volume to be exploited, the challenges of which are: -To support tourism that is present and possible all year round by increasing added value and benefits in the local economy; -To develop the offers proposed by adapting to the needs identified in the territory to bring in new customers; -To support the influence of the territory, its identity and its economic sectors; -To support local activities. This is a complete mastery mission of work. Project Management services are subject to the provisions of the Public Order Code (relating to public Project Management and its relationship with private Project Management) in accordance with the provisions of articles L2430-1, L2431-1 and L2431-2, R. 2431-1 to R. 2431-3 and R. 2431-19 to R. 2431-23 of the Public Order Code specifying the technical modalities for execution of project management mission elements entrusted by public project managers to service providers. private rights relating to building rehabilitation operations.
