• The purpose of this market is a mission of project management relating to the extension and restructuring of workshops at the Lycee Gaspard Monge La Chauviniere Nantes (44)
  The Bo building today welcomes rooms and workshops used by professional training andtechnological. The operation therefore consists in studying the rehabilitation of building B0 in order to meet the following objectives:
  o The final resolution of the structural problems that this building knows,
  o Adapt the existing premises in terms of surface and functional organization to resolveCurrent dysfunctions and satisfy the evolution of the needs of training, in particular:
  - The rapprochement of the premises of certain sectors by minimizing heavy work,
  - ​​Rehabilitation / creation of changing rooms.
  - Study the consequences of the evolution of new structuresEducational
  o compliance of existing premises (hygiene, safety, accessibility, etc.)
  I improve the quality of the building (thermal comfort, waterproofing, brightness, etc.) by intervening in particular on the built envelope.
