The purpose of this competition is the selection of a project management project as part of the deconstruction and reconstruction of the bodywork and metalwork workshops of the Leonard de Vinci high school in Mayenne (53), an operation which aims to: - build workshops Tci* and Ctrm*, near the newthe road track, in the central courtyard, on ? 2500m2;- deconstruct old polluted workshops (asbestos and lead paint), on? 2170m2;- rebuild bodywork-painting workshops, near auto maintenance workshops, on? 1500m2;- rehabilitate the old TCI locker rooms in thee building H0, on? 35m 2 * tci: Industrial Boilermaking Technician* CTRM: Road Freight Transport Driver The mission entrusted to the successful bidder will be a basic project management mission as defined by article R2431-4 (new building construction) of the code of the orderpublic. This basic mission includes: - sketch studies (Esq) provided during the competition phase; - summary preliminary project studies (Aps); - final preliminary draft studies (Apd); - preliminary design studies (Apd); project (Pro);- assistance with the award of works contracts (Act);- visa (Visa) studies and execution plans for all lots except structural, closed and covered, fluid lots; - the management of the execution of works contracts (Det), the devolution of works contracts will be carried out in separate contracts ;- the assistance provided to the project owner during o...
