Description:
A project management consultation is organized with a view to creating a health center in a disused wing of the Grands Thermes building in La Bourboule. The real estate project consists of the rehabilitation of a building with heritage value which was built from 1875.
The share of the forecast financial envelope excluding VAT allocated to the work for the 1st tranche of work by the contracting authority is 1,500,000 euros excluding tax (SEPTEMBER 2025 value).
The second tranche is estimated at a maximum of 950,000 euros excluding tax but this amount is likely to change depending on the available financing and interior design needs according to the professionals who would like to set up.
The mission entrusted: Basic mission with the entire EXE mission and the OPC mission.
This contract includes 2 installments:
- a firm phase relating to the design phase on all of the work and the completion of the 1st phase of work
- an optional phase relating to the completion of the work in the second phase of work.
