This consultation concerns:
Project management mission relating to the construction of a complex of 36 housing units for seniors in Wattwiller
The number of housing units envisaged is 36:
- Building A: 10 housing units.
- Building B: 11 housing units.
- Building C: 11 housing units.
- 2x2 individual houses, joined by garages.
Basic missions: APS, APD, PRO, ACT, EXE, DET, AOR.
Additional missions: ESQ, OPC, PLN.
Place(s) of performance: Rue de Cernay 68700 Wattwiller.
Share of the forecast financial envelope allocated to the work: EUR 4,340,000.00 excluding tax.
This consultation is aimed at a project manager or a multidisciplinary project management team which has human and material resources and professional experience which guarantee, at a minimum, the following skills:
- Architecture
- Construction economics
- BE Structure
- BE Fluid
- BE Thermal
- BE VRD
- OPC
In the event of a group, an architect must be the representative of the group (Certificate of registration with the Order of Architects of the representative architect or equivalent).
The architect will not be able to carry out the OPC mission.
