Description:
Complete mission of MOE (DIA/ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, AMT, VISA, DET, AOR, EVA, COR, ASS CONCERATION) for rehabilitation in the occupied environment of a real estate set of 342 dwellings, and 3 underground parking lots located in the Maladrerie, Aubervilliers 93300, on the part of the heritage belonging to the RIVP.Works will have to comply with the Promotelec Renovation Responsible renovation certification and reach the DPE label (3CL method) D or C. A label may be requested and the connection to the RCU will be studied.
The work program includes in particular the improvement of thermal performance and the comfort oflife of neighborhood buildings. It is provided on the perimeter of the RIVP a thermal and technical rehabilitation of all collective residential buildings (slice 3-A, slice 5-A, slice 6 pair and odd and slice 10): renovation of terraces roofs with improvement of insulation,Ravalement and reversals of the facades, replacement of external joinery and the installation of occultations, improvement of heating and ventilation systems, replacement of landing doors, work to improve housing (putting in safety of electrical installations and adaptation ofSanitary equipment according to the State), renovation of the common areas, creation of OM premises, renovation of the covered passages on the ground floor, partial residentialization and improvement of outdoor spaces at the limit of ownership, renovation of underground car parks, improvement ofAcce ...
