Description:
The purpose of this contract is to provide project management for the rehabilitation of buildings 5 and 12 of the Saint-Charles campus. The contract is not awarded due to the fact that the subject of the contract does not allow the identification of distinct services within the meaning of articles L.2113-10 to L.2113-11 of the code of public procurement. Indeed, in accordance with article L2431-1 of the public procurement code, the project management mission is a global mission which must make it possible to provide an architectural, technical and economic response to the program defined by the project owner for the realization of an operation. This is a contract with a firm tranche and optional tranche(s) in application of the provisions mentioned in articles R2113-4 to R2113-6 of the Public Order Code. In application of article L2112-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the specifications include a clause social as a condition of contract execution, detailed in the social clause article of the CCAP. The services are described in the CCTP.
