Description:
The purpose of the market is to interventions on existing works whose date of building permit is prior to January 1, 1997 (commissioning in 1984).
The corresponding services are therefore likely to be carried out on materials likely to release asbestos fibers (SS4 and SS3).
This consultation is made in application of the provisions of articles L2124-1 and L2124-3 and article R2124-3 of the public procurement code.
This procedure is broken down into two stages:
1st step: the public call for competition, which aims to stop the list of candidates admitted to present an offer;
2nd step: the consultation of the candidates selected, which aims to retain the most advantageous economically offer.
This consultation relates to a single market including:
- Diagnosis (diag)
- Pre-project Studies (AVP), (including authorization urban planning)
- Project studies (pro) (including dqe),
- Assistance for the award of the works contract (ACT),
- Examination of compliance with the project and the visa of execution studies carried out by entrepreneurs (visa),
- Directorate of the execution of the work contract (DET),
- Assistance to Operations to receive work (AOR) (CIS Management of perfect completion guarantees).
