Description:
The purpose of the contract is a project management mission for the rehabilitation of 142 housing units in AMBERIEU-EN-BUGEY - Rue Girod de l'Ain and rue Jean Emery.
The project management mission is made up of the following elements: Diagnostic studies, Pre-project studies (APS APD), Project studies(PRO), Assistance provided to the Project Owner for the award of works contracts (ACT), Complete execution studies (EXE) for all lots, Management of the execution of the works contract(s) (DET), Assistance provided to the Project Owner during reception operations as well as duringbefore the perfect completion guarantee period (AOR), Scheduling Pilotage Coordination (OPC). The contract is concluded at a final and revisable fixed price in accordance with the provisions of articles R2112-6 to R2112-18 of the Public Order Code.
