As part of its project management, the city of Saint-Fons wishes to launch a restricted competition on sketch for the award of a project management market in application of articles R. 2162-15 to R. 2162-21 of the public procurement code for the reconstruction of the evolving covered complex (COSEC) On the Clochettes-Manguettes district in Saint-Fons.
It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2125-1, 2 and R. 2162-15 to R. 2162-24 of the public procurement code.
