This market concerns a project management mission for the recalibration of the RD191 for its transfer to the municipal public domain. The basic project management missions are as follows: - Diag: Diagnostic studies - AVP: Pre -project studies - Pro: Studies of Project - AMT: Assistance in the award of public works contracts - Exe: Executive studies - DET: Directorate for the execution of public works contracts - AOR: Assistance to reception operations Additional missions are as follows: 1- In firm tranche: - One Privacy, management and coordination mission (OPC) - Circulation studies - Topographic studies and levers - Studies relating to the condition of the roadway (deformations, diagnosis etc.) - Regulatory framing - Concertation 2- in optional tranches: the holder must exercise additional complementary missions in the event of strengthening the optional tranche. These missions are as follows: - Assistance for the constitution of the examination file on a case -by -case basis - The definition of studies and requests for additional authorizations if necessary (file law on water).
