Project management mission for the realization and the technical and environmental study of aTake and a rejection of water on the adour with a thermal exchange for a heat network in Bayonne crossing a SNCF track.

as part of the realization of a boiler room for a heat network composed of a heat pump drawing energy from the Adour (approximately 1100 kWf) and 1600 kWcValued on the heat network via a CAP as well as a biomass boiler, Dalkia hires a consultation to design and carry out the pumping and rejection work in the Adour. It will be broken down into several technical batches. Considering the above, the client, Dalkiawishes to entrust to the holder a prerequisite and technical project management mission.
This consultation only concerns the project management party linked to the realization of the primary process (Adour circuit), associated drilling, passage under SNCF roads and technical studiesand environmental necessary to make water and rejection in the Adour as well as the pipes connecting them to the pumping station, pumping, filtration and thermal exchange.
The service will include the following missions: APS AVP PRO DCE ACT VISA SYN DET AOR OPC. OfMore, it will also integrate the carrying out of technical and environmental preliminary studies (notably currentology), as well as the administrative formalities for the passage of the buried networkso...
