- The purpose of this consultation is to appoint a project management team as part of the rehabilitation operation of the Anatole France creche. The expected skills are as follows: architecture, structure, all fluids, CVC, SSI, environmental quality, acoustic, economyConstruction, landscape, VRD, OPC, asbestos removal and kitchen designer. The mission has carried out will be a basic mission with Diag, EXE, OPC, SSI and signage. The amount of the provisional financial envelope allocated to the work is 2,320,000 euros HT for the firm tranche relating to the realizationof the basic mission and additional missions. The amount of the provisional financial envelope is 570,000 euros HT for the optional 1 tranche 1 relating to the temporary rehousing of the creche in modular structures. The services are paid by priceslump sum
