Description:
The purpose of the framework agreement is, the mission of project management for operations of improvement, reuse, rehabilitation and small extension of the existing heritage (150 m2).
The form adopted for the execution of the contract is in subsequent markets without minimum and with maximum in Application of articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2 and R2162-7 to R2162-10 of the public procurement code.
The maximum amount for the entire duration is 750,000 Euro (s) excl.
The group must include the following skills:
- Architect de-HMNOP or DPLG
- Heritage architect
- Economist of the Construction of any state body (TCE)
- Fluid design office (CVC - Strong/low current)
- Structure design office
- Site ordering and management (OPC)
- Acoustician
The service is reserved for the architect's profession
