This consultation is organized with a view to the award of the project management market for the operation to create technical platforms for the reception of hotel / catering sectors on the Leon Bourgeois site at the Polyvalent European Lycee Stephane Hessel in Epernay (51200) includingFrom: Development of an educational catering center on the ground floor (750 m2), development of an "Lab Food" experimental pole on the high-garden (265 m2), development of an experimental pole "Lab Food" and Application Hotel on the ground floor (352 m2)of an experimental pole "Lab Food" and Application Hotel at level 1 (539 m2), development of an accommodation space - East wing (8 bedrooms) (267 m2), layout of an accommodation space - West wing (5 bedrooms) (177 m2), replacement of wooden outdoor carpentry (classified building).The progress of the project management mission includes the following elements of studies missions: APS/APD/PRO/EX/SYNT/ACT/DET/AOR and GPA for the entire program as well as two additional missions: SSI/Structural diagnosis of the floors of the high-garden, the ground floor,1st level of the eastern wing of the building. Estimated amount of work: 5,377,600 euros HT (economic conditions April 2025). Overall period of carrying out the work: 12 months including 2 months ofpreparation
