• The purpose of this consultation is to award a framework agreement with purchase orders and subsequent contracts, multiple awardees (3 awardees maximum), for the carrying out of project management missions in the areas of equipment Building electromechanics, i.e. devices allowing the movement of individuals in Paris Airport infrastructures such as elevators, escalators, moving sidewalks, non-return doors. Non-exclusive, of a maximum duration of 8 years (3+1+1+1+1+1), this framework agreement will give rise to subsequent purchase orders and/or contracts according to the following award rules: •BELOW (OR EQUAL) THE FINANCIAL THRESHOLD OF €100,000, the allocation of purchase orders will be exercised without competition between the 3 beneficiaries. These purchase orders will relate to punctual, precise and small-scale project management missions. The holder selected in this context will be the one whose technical proposal meets the better to the nature of the services requested. •ABOVE THE FINANCIAL THRESHOLD OF 100,000 euros, the 3 successful bidders will be put into competition for the award of purchase orders or subsequent contracts. Project management missions subject to an update in competition relate to services or parts of services defined by specific specifications.
