Description:
The mission elements relate to:
- Preliminary study (EP);
- Pre-Project (AVP);
- Project study (PRO) and preparation of official documents necessary to obtain the declaration of works, other possible administrative authorizations, as well as assistance to the project owner during their instruction as well as the preparation of grant files with the various partners;
- Assistance in the award of works contracts (ACT) including Business Consultation File (DCE) and preparation of the tender analysis report;
- Visa for execution of project (VISA);
- Directorate for the execution of works contracts (DET);
- Assistance during reception and during the guarantee of perfect completion (AOR)
The additional missions entrusted to the project manager are as follows:
- CIE Assistance in coordinating external stakeholders,
- AC: Support for consultation (public meetings, graphic supports),
- COM: Creation of panels and presentation supports (2 A0 panels + 1 3x4 m panel),
- ADAE: Support for administrative, regulatory and environmental procedures linked to the project
- ARF: Assistance in research financing (sheets, plans, costs)
- Ordering, steering and coordination (OPC) (optional tranche)
