This consultation concerns the project management missions for the energy renovation and functional improvement work of the school group n 03 Louis Pasteur in Villefontaine (38090).
The elements of project management mission are as follows: DIA/ESQ, AVP, PRO, DCE, ACT, Exe, DET, AOR and the Constitution and files town planning files for the compliance of all buildings.
The provisional financial envelope allocated to work by the client is 2,643,000 euros HT.
The passing procedure used is the procedure with negotiation. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-3, R. 2124-3 and R. 2161-12 to R. 2161-20 of the public procurement code.
