Description:
The detail of the missions entrusted to the holder is the specifications.
The services are paid by flat -rate prices.
The college, built in 1972, today welcomes around 650 students.
The operation mainly relates to: the replacement of external thermal insulation,The installation of photovoltaic panels, the installation of double glazing and LED lighting.
The energy performance of the building is a major element for the client. As part of this operation, the building must at least comply with the renovation BBC level.
The share ofThe financial envelope allocated to the work is 4,230,000 euros HT (value October 2024).
The provisional planning is as follows:
Recruitment of the MOE: April 2025 to May 2026
MOE studies: June 2026 to June 2027
Call for works: June 2027 to December 2027
Site by phases: 2028 to the beginning of 2030 (to be confirmed according to the phasing of the work which will be selected)
