The operation belongs to the category of building rehabilitation operations within the meaning of article R2431-3 of the public procurement code. The work to be carried out under the works markets is as follows: - replacement of the facades (alleges) and exterior joinery of the GEF buildings - Replacement of facades (alleges) and original curtain curtain walls of the SFTRF building (date of construction 1996) - renovation of sealing and reinforcement of the original insulation of the SFTRF building - Renovation of the ventilation installation common to the GeF and SFTRF buildings - Renovation and Recloising of the GEF building The financial envelope assigned to work is 1,980,000 euros excl.
