Description:
Project management mission for the work of drinking water, sanitation and rainwater of the Grand Chalon - Phase Application - Framework agreement with emission of purchase orders without minimum annual order amount and with a maximum annual amount of 1,000,000 euros excl. The service provider selected Within the framework of this framework agreement must notably accompany the Grand Chalon in the implementation of its guiding schemes and in particular on:
- the realization and management of a framework agreement for current operations on networks and water and sanitation structures, and in particular the renewals and extensions of networks;
- Project management (studies and monitoring of work) for the work carried out through the aforementioned framework agreement;
- Project management for work carried out outside the aforementioned framework agreement such as rehabilitation of reservoir, or work on works of less than a million euros (studies, market procurement, and follow -up of work);
- regulatory procedures associated with work (bring to knowledge, authorization, declaration)
- preliminary investigations (speed measures, pollution measures, measures on watercourse, domiciliary visits) and assistance for the definition of work when the guiding patterns gave only guidelines on sectors but not specific actions; If necessary, these investigations can be supplemented by modeling.
