Description:
This is an operation which fits within the project of extension and energy renovation of the buildings, called operation n1, located on the site of 190-202 avenue Aristide Briand in La Roche sur Yon.
This operation n2 consists of the interior design of the new Solidarity Center and Family within the current buildings and their extension. It includes the interior layout of the new office floors (R+1 to R+6), the redevelopment of the current premises of the PSF which will have undergone an energy renovation of the envelope as part of operation no. 1 and the redevelopment of part of the current premises of the sports center, all of which will have undergone an energy renovation of the envelope as part of operation no. 1.
This operation must be phased in order to maintain the activities of the PSF in a secure manner on the current site.
The Project Manager will be entrusted with a basic mission (APS/APD/PRO/AMT/EXE complete/SYN/DET/AOR) accompanied by the following additional missions: DIAG/OPC/SSI and BIM Management.
The envelope reserved for the work is estimated at the pre-program stage at 10,000,000 euro(s) excluding tax (value November 2025).
