Demolition Reconstruction of the house of the inhabitants of Capeyron with requirements of energy sobriety.
The project will meet requirements in terms of environmental qualities: compactness of the building to limit the waterproofing of the soil, cost control investment and operation, comfort and quality of use.
This is a trays market (article R2113-4 Public Order Code) broken down as follows:
Farm slice: project management mission on the building for the demolition operation reconstruction of the house of the inhabitants From Capeyron to Merignac (33700).
Optional tranche: project management mission on external development (parking area) for the demolition operation reconstruction of the house of the inhabitants of Capeyron in Merignac (33700), with the elements of mission (basic and additional) of Project control identical to those of the firm edge.
