Following the finalization of the master plan, the objective of this request is to prepare the implementation of the actions proposed in Arbonne-la-Foret, Fleury-en-Biere and Saint-Martin-en-Biere identified as "downstream adjustments"By carrying out a study prior to the project management (AVP, PRO, optional additional studies). 6 main actions were identified by this study:
• Baseded valley on 2,800m
• Restoration of a network of ponds
• Creation of a purifying caricaie(surface)
• Decrease in the linear drainage with installation of reserves (length)
• Restoration of the banks of the pond (surface)
• reconnection of tributaries to the new bed (1000m)
The present market is intended to study the feasibility and ensure the technical and administrative project managementFor the realization of the rebuilding work of the Ru du Rebais in its downstream part within the marsh of Baudelut in the municipalities of Arbonne-la-Foret, Fleury-en-Biere and Saint-Martin-en-Biere.
In this capacity, the Semea needs that the service provider:
• Carry out all the studies andRegulatory procedures prior to the operational phase,
• Assists it in the award of the market with the work company and in the implementation of operations,
• ensures the supervision and coordination of work phases, until their reception.
