Description:
The competition concerns a project management mission for the new construction of the inter -municipal media library in the town of Pontcharra (38920). The project, of around 2300m2 S.D.O., aims to rebuild the inter -municipal media library by integrating an inter -municipal art library, within a New cultural and social equipment, which will also host the France Intercommunal Services. The community of communes Le Gresivaudan wishes to develop and modernize its public reading network by resizing one of its 2 inter -municipal media libraries, qualified Network head, located north of its territory. In order to give a social dimension to this new community equipment, where many educational, social, associative, cultural, artistic partnerships can also be woven, it also made the choice to integrate into the reconstruction project The media library, the inter -municipal art library and a France services space.
