- The purpose of this contract is to provide project management services for the construction of the G2 block of the Bron Terraillon ZAC (69500). Lot G2 provides for the construction of 54 housing units, with an SDP of 3,369 m2, including: - 1 housing plot collectives - 2 intermediate housing units The operation also includes a common basement level for all of the housing (see: program). Estimated financial envelope allocated to the work or objective cost: €6,175,000 excluding tax, (excluding Earthworks, VRD and Green Spaces estimated at €158,000 excluding VAT).
