Project management market within the framework of the work operation on the occupied site "rehabilitation of the administration building" - HEDAYE HEDAYE AP -HP. The project consists of: the deconstruction of existing premises for offices receiving the public (on the ground floor: reception, admissions) or code work (R+1: administrative offices) which occupy the entire building. The project consists of upgrading new premises for offices including :. The thermal and acoustic insulation of the premises (vertical walls and horizontal floors R+1 and attic). . The realization new electricity and plumbing networks. . The implementation of false ceiling 600*600. Painting on glass canvas of all vertical walls. The integration study of furniture in the converted spaces. The ERP building is 5th category W type. It should be noted that the asbestos removal of Existing conduit will be carried out before the work, objects of this consultation. o Building floor surface: 255 m2 (DRC: 140 m2 - R+1: 115 m2) o Ecpected financial provider assigned to the work, estimated by the client: 528,000Euro (s)/HT.
