Description:
This market is a public project management market relating to the requalification of the Issambre Sea Front, in Roquebrune-sur-Argens. The work on which the project management mission is belonging to the infrastructure category - rehabilitation of existing works with realizationof an urban or landscaped project. The market is split into a firm tranche (TF) and five optional slices (TB) as indicated in the specifications. The mission elements are: AVP + if necessary permitted (demolishing / building) and other town planning or administrative authorizations - Pro - Act -VISA - DET - AOR being specified that preliminary studies are not applicable with regard to a rehabilitation operation and that diagnostic studies have been carried out and have enabled the functional program - CCTP (P -CCTP) attached to the consultation file. Complementary mission (MC)Possible: OPC (MC1) In case of strengthening of TOs 3 to 5. Complementary firm missions (TF): Acoustic study (MC2) and 3D simulations and video simulation (MC3) Estimates Costs Works: TF: 3,200,000 euros HT - TO1: 1,250,000 euros HT - TO2: 1,820,000 euros HT - Total: 6,270,000 euros HTThe services are carried out on behalf of Esterel Cote d'Azur Agglomeration which delegated the contracting authority to the municipality of Roquebrune-sur-Argens according to the contract delegation agreement of November 272024.
