This market concerns a project management mission for the renovation of the Nautiform complex, aquatic equipment and fitness center, located in the town of Andrezieux Boutheon.
The purpose of this consultation is to select a project management in order to ensure the
rehabilitation Thermal of the nautical aquatic center, built in the 1990s.
The main objectives are:
- Improve user comfort,
- revitalize the attractiveness of the aquatic center by improving summer, thermal comfort as well as the service offer,
- Reduce energy costs,
-Ensure the sustainability of the work, by treating pathologies (infiltration, degradations of the frame, condensation, etc.);
The mission breaks down as follows:
- Basic mission with EXE for building rehabilitation operations (APS, APD, Pro/DCE, ACT, DET, AOR)
- an EXE mission including the synthetic mission syn of execution plans for all lots
The provisional cost of the work is: 3.9 M Euro (s) excl.
