Description:
This consultation concerns the award of a project management market relating to the rehabilitation of the inter -municipal recycling center located in the town of Versonnex.
The mission is divided into two distinct phases subject to specific remuneration.
- Phase 1: Study of Feasibility: The project manager will offer 3 development scenarios, plan and functional diagrams of the two supporting activities, bringing out the options to choose.
He will also deliver the elements necessary for CAPG to set up subsidy requests and any project presentation of the project with elected officials.
- Phase 2: Project management mission Infrastructure category, made up of the following mission elements: AVP/ PRO/ ACT/ VISA/ DET/ AOR as defined by the Public procurement code. Under this basic mission, the holder will also be responsible for carrying out the ICPE file and the building permit, their deposit and general assistance during their instruction phase.
The OPC mission element will also be entrusted to the master of work.
This market also includes an additional mission relating to the establishment of topographic and geotechnical specifications necessary for the consultation of providers (drafting of specifications and, if necessary, price decomposition frameworks).
