Description:
The regional delegation of New Aquitaine in Bordeaux brings together training rooms and their support spaces, as well as tertiary spaces (mainly composed of partitioned offices). This real estate set delivered in 2006 has an approximate area of 4,600 m2 divided intoTwo wings and on four levels.
Following several investigation campaigns carried out by the CNFPT, including energy audits, a scenario of interventions was proposed to resolve the various disorders observed on the building and respond to requests for energy optimizationof the tertiary decree.
It should be noted that several interventions undertaken by the CNFPT have had a positive impact on the consumption of the site such as:
- The resumption of the tightness and the insulation of the accessible terrace roof
