Description:
The mission entrusted to the project manager constitutes the basic mission in the context of a demolition and construction operation for building and infrastructure works. This basic mission is supplemented by the following services:
- "Technical" diagnostic element
- MissionOPC
- Realization of the "PEMD" diagnosis
The provisional duration of work execution is 30 months.
The duration of 52 months includes the duration of the studies, the execution of the work and the year of perfect completion.
The provisional start of the services is scheduled for July 2025.
Provisional financial for carrying out work is 4,780,000 euros (s) (euros) H.T. for all work, including 100,000 euros HT for VRDs and 270,000 Euro (s) HT for the demolition part.
The market has passed at a global and flat and revisable price
of work relating to the demolition of a sports hall and the construction of 40 collective housing units, 58-60 rue Faidherbe and rue Raispail, in Hellemnes
