A project management market for the construction of a real estate complex in Villiers-le-Bel of 63
Social rental housing (including 26 household housing units and 37 family homes) and medico -social premises intended for home activities.
The project manager will be invested in a basic mission under article R2431-4 of the Code the order
Public: ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT (Assistance in the award of works markets), Visa, DET, EX, AOR
and the additional mission OPC, SSI, syn.
This consultation is aimed at a single candidate with the whole skills required or
A group having the following skills:
Architect, design office (structure, thermal, acoustics, piloting and coordination ordering,
construction economy and SSI)
The architect will be the solidarity agent of the group.
The market is concluded at from its date of notification, until the completion of the perfect warranty
completion.
He will have a forecast duration of 57 months (21 months of study + 24 months of work + 12 months warranty
perfect completion) from its date of notification.
The effective date on January 2 2026 is forecast
