Description:
The market has passed under articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 and R.2172-1 to R.2172-6 of the CCP.
The thermal performance of the works after work will have to achieve at least a result in the average of the C label, or approximately 120 kWh/m2 year.
The mission entrusted to the project manager constitutes the basic mission in the context of a rehabilitation operation for building works. This basic mission is supplemented by the following services: "technical" diagnostic element, OPC mission.
The market is subject to a single tranche.
The financial envelope Provisional allocated to carrying out the work is: 3,740,000 Euro (s) H.T. including 91,400 Euro (s) H.T. for the VRD.
The market has passed at a global, flat and revisable price.
The provisional duration of the work (excluding preparation period) is: 12 months.
The duration of 36 months includes the Duration of studies, execution of work and the year of perfect completion.
The forecast date for starting work is in the 4th quarter of 2026.
The services will start at the reception of the order letter ordering the start of the first mission element
