Description:
The mission entrusted to the project manager. constitutes the basic mission in the context of rehabilitation operations for building works.
This basic mission is supplemented by the following services:
_ "Technical" diagnostic element
_ Supplementary thermal simulation Dynamics (S.T.D)
_ Additional "Energetic" diagnostic
_Ralization of the diagnosis "PEMD"
The work will run in occupied environment. Applicants will have to present a multidisciplinary team made up of specialists capable of mastering the totality Disciplines necessary to carry out the mission and bring together at least skills in the following areas:
-Architecture,
-Inigenizing the thermal of the building,
-Diagnostics PEMD
The duration of 50 months indicated in this notice includes the duration of the studies, the duration of the award of Works, the duration of execution of the work and the year of perfect completion.
The provisional duration of the work (excluding preparation period) is 18 months. The mastery mission Door on the rehabilitation of 172 housing units, 8 of which are of type I, 8 are type II, 67 are type III, 80 are type IV, and 9 are of type V with a level of thermal performance to be reached by label C.
