Description:
This consultation aims to the award of a project management market which includes: a firm tranche made up of the following missions: Diag for facades, APS and APD for the entire project, Pro/DCE, Act, Visa, DET, AOR/DOE for all work outside the elevator and health block which are the subject of the optional slice. The optional tranche consists of the pro/DCE mission, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR/DOE for the following work: Restructuring of volumes for the establishment of the elevator cage, installation work of the elevator and creation of a sanitary block on the ground floor. Applicants have the obligation to make a proposal for the following additional compulsory service: Complementary mission ordering, coordination and management of the site (OPC). This PSE must be encrypted on the one hand for the firm slice and on the other hand Part, for the optional slice. The provisional financial envelope allocated to the work on the firm tranche is € 1,320,000 H.T maximum and the forecast financial envelope allocated to the work on the optional tranche is € 480,000 H.t maximum. The start of the master's mission of work is scheduled for late September 2025.
