The project is part of the complete rehabilitation of the site of the Cite du Design 2025 with the challenges and objectives "to depth the Cite du Design and to inscribe it in a lively, open district, open to all. A new leisure and culture center, but also a real platform for innovation through design, of international scope ".
The project will consist of opening the agora to find the east-west axis of the site and open its heart from the Grand Rue and the Place arms. At the same time, it will include the repair of the tightness of the coverage as well as the securing of access in roofing.
The mission entrusted is the basic mission with EXE for building rehabilitation operations (APS, APD, Pro, DCE, Complete EXE and Summary of execution plans, ACT, DET, AOR) and the following additional missions:
- Diagnosis (DIA);
- Fire safety system coordination (CSSI).
Provisional cost of work: 1,490,000 Euro (s) HT (value May 2025)
