Project management market for the demolition / reconstruction of the Saint-Louis underground car park in Brest
Brest in view is the holder of a public service delegation from Brest Metropole for the operation of the Saint-Louis car park. This project is part of this contract, and the contracting authoritywas delegated to BMA SPL. Built in 1974, the Saint-Louis parking lot was located on rue de Lyon, in the heart of Brest, in the immediate vicinity of the Halles and the Saint-Louis church. This underground car park, organized in a spiral on seven half-levels, offers 340 spaces on a total area of 10,500 m2.To date, he has never benefited from major work and arrives at the end of his life. In 2024, a project management was designated for its rehabilitation. However, at the end of summary preliminary draft studies, the community has decided to modify the orientation of the project by opting for aDemolition-reconstruction of the car park rather than a rehabilitation. Consequently, a new project management consultation is launched.
