Description:
The city of Niort envisages the construction of changing rooms, sanitary facilities and refreshment bar on the Sainte-Pezenne stadium, located rue des Sports in Niort. Indeed, sports activities (football) are on the one hand constantly increasing and the premises currently in place are too crazy, Dispatum and can no longer meet the club's needs, on the other hand, new changing rooms should be offered, the technical standards in force and in accordance with the regulations for land and facilities of the French Football Federation. The changing room project will also include a refreshment bar and public sanitary facilities. It is therefore planned to build in a firm edge, a compact building with an area of approximately 132 m2 of floor area, comprising: - 2 changing rooms with showers for 15 players, - 2 referees with showers, - Sunitarian sanitary facilities for players and Managers, - Public sanitary facilities, - refreshment bar, and in optional tranche: 1 collective cloakroom with showers for 30 players and 1 club storage (total surface area of TO: 60 m2).
