Description:
In the town of La Grande Motte, the Ville Port project, part of which was granted to the SPL L'Or Planning, includes the modernization of port infrastructure, the requalification of public spaces, the comfort of the Baumel peninsula and the creation of a new residential area.
In This framework, it is planned the creation, on the Baumel peninsula, of a nautical hall which will welcome the various actors of nautical (dealers, shipchandlers, rental companies, etc.).
The surfaces allocated to nautical activities will be delivered raw to allow the various takers and future occupants to make personalized developments in the spaces. The associative, sanitary spaces and common areas will be delivered developed.
The provisional financial envelope of the work is set at 5,270,000 euros H.T (June 2025).
It is a limited competition for project management on sketch for a new building construction operation with the following project management missions: basic mission (ESQ, APS, APS, Pro, Act, EXE - Y/ C quantitative (for certain lots only)/ Visa/ Syn, DET and AOR) + OPC additional missions and project manager.
The overall provisional duration of executing the project management market is estimated at 42 months including:
-Phase Studies: 13 months
-Phase Works: 17 months
-perfect completion: 12 months
