This is a complete project management mission (building and VRD), relating to the construction of a central kitchen of a capacityproduction of 11,430 meals/ days maximum in cold connection.
In terms of construction, the constructive party to be followed by the project manager is as follows:
- Creation of a building developing on a single level with accessible technical plenum,
- Mastery and treatment of acousticsInterior and external (the project management must present the means implemented for this purpose),
- Master of energy expenditure,
In terms of specific needs to be integrated into the project, the MOA has retained the following postulates:
- Creation of a function housing (guardian)
-of a composting chalet of organic waste
- Integration of a restaurant with self-service
- Integration of a meeting room
The kitchen team is estimated at 60 people working all full time.
