Description:
The purpose of this market is to study and monitor the work to be carried out as part of the extension of the Poirors UDEP in order to meet future needs for treatment capacity for 2050 in the context of new rejection standards.
After consultation with State services For the definition of load to be treated and the associated level of rejection, the project brings the purification capacity of the UDEP to 47,500 EH (2035) and 56,000 EH (2050).
The program will have to take into account inexpensive constraints at the new 2024/3019 (DERU II) Directive Directory Urban people whose translation into French law is scheduled no later than 08/01/2027.
As such, the project manager must ensure in the AVP phase that the work of this operation remain consistent with the later coming up (probable nitrogen tertiary/phosphorus) and Quaternary (micro-pollutants) in the existing constraint property holders.
The main challenges of the operation are as follows:
- Make an extension of a base capacity 2050 - 56,000 eh weather time
- satisfy the new rejection authorizations imposed by the environment
- Guarantee the absence of nuisances For local residents
- Keep the transfer of sludge to Siloe for anaerobic digestion
