This consultation will be the subject of a "composite" framework agreement (market at mixed prices) concluded with a single economic operator, including a part treated in the form of an ordinary market, and a part treated in the form of a framework agreement for order formal.L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The "ordinary market" part concerns the mastery missions remunerated at a global and flat -rate price on the basis of a remuneration rate applied to the forecast envelope of the Contracting Authorityassigned to the work set for the act of engagement by tranche. These missions are divided into 1 firm tranche and 2 optional according to the sectors of the large Lunaret park over an estimated period of 6 years: TF: Valette sector + clearings and belvederes. TO1: Montmaur sector + campus sectorof Agropolis. TO2: The surrounding public spaces between the Chemin de Montmaur, the greenhouse and the future entrance to the zoo. The "Framework Agreement Agreement" part of 48 months, corresponds to a framework agreement with maximum (fixed at 60,000 Euro (s) HT), passed under the order codepublic, which sets the conditions for performing services and executed as and when the purchase orders are issued.
